At ReadySetFIFO, we aim to make every certification and resource purchase a confident one. If you circumstances change, we offer a 30-day full refund window under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase if:
. Your payment was processed through our official sales channels (ReadySetFIFO.com, Amazon, or authorized app partners); and
. You have not yet completed or been issued your certification for employment, job-application, or verification purposes.
All refund requests must include your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Certification
If a refund is issued, the corresponding certification or access code becomes immediately void.
. Any previously issued digital certificates or verification records will be revoked and marked “Cancelled”.
. Verification links and QR codes associated with refunded purchases will no longer display as valid. This ensures the integrity of ReadySetFIFO’s certification registry and protects legitimate credential holders.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 30 business days after confirmation.
You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
. Certifications completed in full or already verified by an employer;
. Services rendered through coaching or recruiter consultations;
. Promotional or free-code redemptions.
5. How to Request a Refund

. Your name and order number;
. The email used at purchase;
. A brief note indicating your reason for requesting a refund.
